These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jilligg online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and support functions available at jilligg.app. Please read these Terms carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an account or using any jilligg service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Each natural person may hold only one jilligg account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all balances forfeited. Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any third party.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilligg supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are subject to the processing timelines outlined in Section 6.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify jilligg promptly of any changes by updating your account settings or contacting support at [email protected].
jilligg reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
Each natural person is permitted to hold one jilligg account only. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilligg will suspend all associated accounts, void any outstanding Bonuses, and may forfeit any balances held in the duplicate account. The Player's primary verified account may be reinstated at jilligg's discretion following review.
Accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or pledged to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account, or any discovery that an account is being operated by a person other than the registered holder, will result in immediate suspension.
jilligg is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to activating full account privileges, including withdrawal of funds.

Players will be notified of the outcome via their registered email address. Incomplete submissions or documents of insufficient quality will be returned for resubmission.
jilligg reserves the right to request additional documentation from any Player at any time, including but not limited to proof of source of funds, where required by its anti-money laundering compliance programme. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your jilligg account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such unauthorised activity results directly from jilligg's negligence or breach. You must notify jilligg immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
jilligg strongly recommends that all Players enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via their account security settings. Players who enable 2FA benefit from an additional layer of protection that requires a one-time PIN delivered to their registered mobile number for each login session.
Where jilligg has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account has been compromised, it reserves the right to suspend the account and require successful re-verification of identity before access is restored.
jilligg currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and InstaPay. Available payment methods are subject to change and the current list is displayed on the Platform's deposit page.
All transactions on the jilligg Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made from accounts denominated in a foreign currency will be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate applied by your payment provider, and jilligg is not responsible for any conversion costs or exchange rate differences.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. jilligg reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed within 30 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer and InstaPay deposits are typically credited within 15 to 60 minutes depending on the originating bank and network conditions. jilligg is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or network congestion.
Players may set voluntary deposit limits via their account responsible gaming settings. Once a limit is set, it takes immediate effect. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new limit becomes active. jilligg may also apply platform-level deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gaming and regulatory obligations.
To request a withdrawal, Players must: (a) have a verified KYC account; (b) have met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds; (c) not be subject to any pending investigation or account review; and (d) withdraw to a payment method registered in their own name that matches their KYC documentation.
Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cutoff time of 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Requests submitted after the cutoff are processed the following business day.
Standard withdrawal limits and any applicable fees are displayed on the Platform's withdrawal page. jilligg reserves the right to apply enhanced verification procedures for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
jilligg reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal of funds where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) fraudulent activity; (b) breach of these Terms; (c) money laundering or terrorist financing; (d) the Player is not who they claim to be; or (e) the funds are proceeds of criminal activity. In such cases, jilligg will cooperate with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required.
All Bonuses offered by jilligg are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") that must be satisfied before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each Bonus is communicated at the time the Bonus is offered and is also accessible in the Player's account Bonus history. By accepting any Bonus, you confirm your agreement to the applicable Bonus terms.
jilligg actively monitors for Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus; exploiting errors or technical faults to receive unintended Bonus amounts; placing low-risk combination bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotional offers. Where Bonus abuse is identified, jilligg reserves the right to void the Bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified offer period, or where wagering requirements are not met within the validity window, will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's account. Expired Bonuses cannot be reinstated.
jilligg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where an active Bonus is affected, jilligg will communicate the change to affected Players in advance where practicably possible.
Each Game on the jilligg Platform is governed by specific rules accessible within the Game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any Wager. jilligg's decision on the outcome of any Game is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communication error that affects the outcome of a Game, jilligg reserves the right to void the affected round and refund Wagers to Players' accounts. jilligg will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected Wager.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical randomness (real cards, real wheels, real dice) operated by professionally trained dealers. jilligg does not have the technical ability to alter a live dealer outcome after the dealing/spin/roll has commenced. Game history from all live sessions is logged and available for review by Players and regulators.
Sports betting markets are subject to specific rules governing settlement, void bets, push outcomes, and event cancellations. These rules are accessible within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Pre-match odds are fixed at the time of placement. In-play odds are subject to real-time change up to the moment the market is suspended.
Each Game carries specific minimum and maximum Wager limits that are displayed within the Game interface. jilligg reserves the right to impose individual Wager limits on specific Players at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes or where unusual betting patterns are identified.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilligg Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
All content on the jilligg Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, animations, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and audio content — is owned by or licensed to jilligg and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not authorise Players to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content; reverse-engineer any software component; or remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Unauthorised use of jilligg's intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilligg's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilligg expressly excludes liability for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or loss of goodwill; (c) indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind; (d) losses arising from interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; (e) losses attributable to third-party payment processor failures; and (f) losses attributable to events outside jilligg's reasonable control, including Acts of God, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits jilligg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
jilligg recognises that gambling can be harmful when it becomes compulsive. We are committed to providing a safe gaming environment and complying with all PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements.
jilligg strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately. We encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling content.

jilligg may suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; at the Player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion); or compliance with a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another applicable authority.
During a suspension, the Player will be unable to log in, deposit, withdraw, or access any Game. Where a suspension is due to suspected fraudulent activity, jilligg may withhold any balance pending investigation. Following conclusion of an investigation, verified legitimate balances belonging to innocent Players will be returned.
Players may request permanent closure of their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled, and any balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding Bonus wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method. Account closure does not relieve the Player of any outstanding financial obligations to jilligg.
Any dispute, complaint, or grievance arising from your use of jilligg should first be submitted to jilligg's customer support team at [email protected] with full details of the matter in question, including relevant transaction references, screenshots, and timestamps. jilligg aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 Philippine business days.
If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through jilligg's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels. jilligg will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
Any claim or dispute against jilligg must be submitted within 60 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period may be declined as out of time.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that is not resolved through the process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Players who access the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
jilligg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via their registered email address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where a Player does not agree with an amendment, they may close their account prior to the effective date of the amendment by following the voluntary account closure process in Section 13.3. Account closure will be treated as withdrawal from the agreement.
