To process deposits and withdrawals, jilligg shares necessary transaction data with integrated payment providers including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Data shared is limited to what is required to complete and verify the transaction. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) data protection requirements.
Where jilligg uses a third-party identity verification service to process KYC documents, your submitted ID documents and selfie photographs will be shared with that provider for automated or manual verification. The provider is bound by data processing agreements consistent with the DPA.
jilligg is required by law to disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities upon receipt of a lawful request, court order, or subpoena. jilligg will notify affected Players of such disclosures where legally permitted to do so.
jilligg shares device and transaction risk signals with anti-fraud service providers to identify and prevent fraudulent activity on the Platform. This processing is conducted on the basis of jilligg's legitimate interests in protecting the Platform and its Players.
jilligg may share personal data with its legal advisers, auditors, and insurers on a confidential basis where required to obtain professional advice or in connection with legal proceedings.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of jilligg's business assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. You will be notified of any such transfer via your registered email address in advance.

jilligg implements a comprehensive set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to:
